What is the Rosie Pledge?
The Rosie Pledge is a movement calling breastfeeding mothers and pumping parents to take action for premature and medically fragile babies. Every pledge brings us one step closer to ensuring donor milk is available when it is needed most.
Why it Matters
Every year, thousands of premature infants depend on pasteurized donor human milk for protection against life-threatening complications. Donor milk supports recovery, strengthens immunity, and gives the smallest babies a fighting chance.
