- How to schedule: To drop off milk please call (509) 474-7485 to schedule a drop off time.
- Drop-off: To make things easy, drop-offs take place at the Women’s Health Center & Surgery Center, right at the corner of Browne Street and Eighth Avenue.
1. Please call us first at (509) 474-7485 so we can coordinate your drop-off. A team member will meet you at your vehicle to collect your milk.
2. From Eighth Avenue, turn left onto Browne Street (heading north).
3. Pull into the valet area in front of the Women’s Health Center & Surgery Center.
4. One of our friendly staff members will meet you at your car with a cart to collect your milk—no need to park or come inside! - Parking: Valet area in front of the Women’s Health Center & Surgery Center.

In partnership with Mothers’ Milk Bank California, the hospital launched its Collection Center in August 2025 and has since collected over 28,000+ ounces of donated breastmilk– a direct result of their efforts to make milk donation accessible for mothers in the Pacific Northwest area. The hospital also makes pasteurized donor human milk available for its tiniest patients in the Level IV neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

Where is the Collection Center located?
It is located on the 9th floor of the Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital. To make things easy, drop-offs take place at the Women’s Health Center & Surgery Center, right at the corner of Browne Street and Eighth Avenue. A staff member will meet you at your car to collect your milk.
How much milk am I able to drop off?
The minimum donation requirement is 100 ounces, there is no maximum. Please call the Collection Center beforehand to coordinate your drop off.
What if I don’t have an Illness & Medication form on hand?
The Collection Center will have forms available for you to fill out upon dropping off
Can I drop off milk without a cooler?
Yes! Just bring your frozen milk and the Collection Center will take care of packing and shipping it in their coolers."
