Why Donate?
For premature and medically fragile babies, donor human milk isn't just helpful, it's part of critical care. When a mother's own milk isn't available, pasteurized donor milk helps protect these tiny patients against serious complications like Necrotizing Enterocolitis (NEC) and supports healthy growth during the earliest, most vulnerable days of life.
Every ounce you donate here in Las Vegas goes to babies in NICUs across California who need it most. If you have more milk than your baby needs, you can turn that surplus into a lifeline for another family. Screening and shipping are always free, and a real person supports you at every step.

About Breastfeeding with Maj & Heart and Sol Collective
The first Las Vegas Milk Collection Center was established in 2015 after the only known facility accepting human milk donations in Las Vegas closed. To ensure the community did not lose this vital resource, Semaj Bruce, IBCLC stepped in without hesitation to continue the program.
In 2020, she partnered with Rikki Jenkins, co-founder of the non-profit Heart and Sol Collective, to open a second Collection Center. This collaboration was particularly meaningful, as Heart and Sol Collective is dedicated to addressing birth and breastfeeding disparities in Clark County.
In August 2025, Semaj celebrated her 10th year as the Director of Las Vegas’s Mother’s Milk Bank Collection Center. “Serving my community in this role has been both an honor and a joy.” shared Semaj.
